1. Acceptance and eligibility
By accessing or using Autoclip Scheduler, you agree to these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy. If you use the service for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization. You must be legally able to form this agreement and meet the minimum age required in your jurisdiction and by any connected service.
2. Service description and maturity
Autoclip Scheduler provides tools for organizing source video, preparing clip drafts, reviewing and editing content, connecting supported third-party accounts, explicitly approving posts, scheduling approved content, and viewing status. The product is under active development. Features, interfaces, limits, and availability may change as reliability and platform requirements evolve.
Autoclip Scheduler is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by TikTok or Google.
3. Accounts and security
You are responsible for information submitted through your workspace, safeguarding your email and connected accounts, and promptly reporting suspected unauthorized use. Do not share passwords, access tokens, or private keys through support. You must provide accurate information when verification is reasonably required.
4. Your content and instructions
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Autoclip Scheduler a limited, non-exclusive license to host, copy, process, transform, and transmit that content only as needed to provide, secure, and support the service.
You represent that you own or have all rights, permissions, releases, and lawful bases necessary to upload, edit, schedule, and publish the content. You are responsible for captions, music, images, likenesses, trademarks, advertising disclosures, and compliance with applicable law and destination-platform rules.
Generated clips and captions are drafts that require review. You remain responsible for checking accuracy, suitability, rights, and compliance before approval.
5. Explicit approval and scheduling
Connecting an account does not itself authorize arbitrary publishing. The intended workflow requires you to select content, review it, explicitly approve it, confirm the destination, and choose scheduling details. You are responsible for verifying these details before giving the final instruction.
Schedules may be affected by network outages, token expiration, platform review, account restrictions, file incompatibility, or third-party service availability. Status information is provided to help you identify results or items needing attention, but exact delivery time is not guaranteed.
6. TikTok connection
If you connect TikTok, you authorize Autoclip Scheduler to use the access granted through TikTok OAuth for the functions shown during consent and selected in the product, which may include identifying the connected account and publishing user-approved content. You may revoke access through TikTok account settings.
You must comply with TikTok's terms, policies, technical requirements, and content rules. TikTok controls its platform and may limit, reject, remove, delay, or otherwise act on content or account access independently. Autoclip Scheduler does not control or guarantee TikTok's decisions.
7. Optional Google Drive connection
If you choose Google Drive storage, you authorize access according to the permissions presented by Google. You remain responsible for file permissions, available storage, lawful content, and your Google account. You may revoke the connection through Google Account permissions. Google Drive is optional and subject to Google's availability and terms.
8. Acceptable use
You may not use the service to:
- Violate law, intellectual property, privacy, publicity, consumer protection, or platform rights.
- Publish deceptive, fraudulent, abusive, exploitative, or unlawful content.
- Attempt unauthorized access, bypass safeguards, interfere with operation, or probe systems without permission.
- Distribute malware, expose credentials, or use the service to harm people or systems.
- Misrepresent affiliation, manipulate platform integrity, or use access outside approved purposes.
9. Service changes, suspension, and termination
You may stop using the service and revoke connected accounts at any time. You may request deletion as described in the Privacy Policy. We may limit or suspend access when reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, service protection, platform requirements, or material violation of these terms. Where practical, notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue will be provided.
Sections that by their nature should survive termination—including content responsibility, disclaimers, liability limits, and dispute terms—will survive.
10. Intellectual property
Autoclip Scheduler's software, interface, branding, and documentation are owned by the operator or applicable licensors. These terms do not transfer those rights. TikTok, Google, and other third-party names remain property of their respective owners.
11. Disclaimers
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant uninterrupted operation, error-free output, continuous third-party access, guaranteed publication, platform approval, or fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
12. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Autoclip Scheduler and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, audience, or opportunities arising from use of or inability to use the service or a third-party platform. Liability that cannot lawfully be limited remains unaffected.
13. Changes and contact
These terms may be updated to reflect product, platform, or legal changes. The effective date will be revised and material changes communicated where appropriate. Continued use after revised terms become effective constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
