1. Scope and operator
This Privacy Policy applies to the Autoclip Scheduler website and product. Autoclip Scheduler is an independently operated creator workflow application for preparing, reviewing, approving, scheduling, and monitoring short-form video posts. Questions or requests may be sent to radeonaru@gmail.com.
2. Information we process
Information depends on which features a user chooses to use and may include:
- Contact and account information: email address and identifiers needed to support a workspace or respond to support.
- Workspace content: source videos, generated clip drafts, captions, edits, approval choices, schedules, and publishing status.
- Technical information: service logs, timestamps, error details, browser or device information, and security events needed to operate and protect the service.
- Support communications: messages and information voluntarily provided when requesting help or exercising privacy rights.
3. TikTok data and access tokens
When a user chooses to connect TikTok, authorization occurs through TikTok OAuth. Depending on the permissions displayed and accepted during that flow, Autoclip Scheduler may receive a TikTok account identifier, display information made available by the approved scope, authorization metadata, access and refresh tokens, and publishing responses or status.
We use this data to identify the selected destination, maintain the user-authorized connection, submit only content the user has reviewed and approved, and display publishing results. Access tokens are treated as sensitive credentials, protected against unnecessary disclosure, and used only for authorized product functions. We do not ask for or store a user's TikTok password.
Autoclip Scheduler does not use TikTok data to sell user profiles, serve third-party advertising, infer unrelated private behavior, or claim ownership of a connected account.
4. Optional Google Drive storage
Google Drive may be offered as optional storage for source videos, generated clips, or related working files. If a user connects Google Drive, OAuth permissions and available files depend on the consent shown by Google and the user's choices. We use the connection only to provide the requested storage workflow. Google Drive is not required to browse this website, and disconnecting it stops future access through the revoked authorization.
5. How information is used
- Provide and maintain source, clip, review, approval, schedule, and status workflows.
- Authenticate connections and carry out explicit user instructions.
- Secure, troubleshoot, and improve reliability of the service.
- Respond to support, legal, privacy, and deletion requests.
- Comply with applicable law and enforce the Terms of Service.
Where applicable, processing is based on providing the requested service, user consent for optional connections, legitimate interests in secure operation, and legal obligations.
6. Sharing and service providers
Information may be shared with service providers that host or support the service, and with TikTok or Google when needed to perform a user-requested connected function. Providers may process information only for relevant service purposes and under their own applicable terms. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect users or the service, or as part of a business transition with appropriate notice and safeguards.
We do not sell personal data. We do not share personal data for third-party cross-context behavioral advertising.
7. Retention and deletion
Workspace information is retained while needed to provide the service or until deletion is requested, subject to legitimate security, dispute, backup, and legal needs. OAuth access tokens are retained only while a connection remains active or as technically required to complete revocation and security handling. Operational logs are retained for a limited period appropriate to troubleshooting and security. Backup copies may persist temporarily until routine rotation completes.
A user may request deletion by emailing radeonaru@gmail.com. After reasonable verification, account-linked personal information and stored working data will be deleted or de-identified unless retention is legally required. Deleting data from Autoclip Scheduler does not automatically delete copies already published to a third-party platform; users should use that platform's controls as well.
8. User choices and rights
Subject to applicable law, users may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or a portable copy of relevant personal information. Users may also withdraw consent for optional processing. Requests can be sent to the contact address above. Identity or authority may be verified before fulfilling a request.
Users can revoke a TikTok connection from their TikTok account settings and revoke Google Drive access from their Google Account permissions. Revocation prevents future authorized access but may not remove data previously processed for completed instructions. A deletion request can address remaining data held by Autoclip Scheduler.
9. Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures designed to protect information, including limiting credential use, protecting service communications, and reviewing access needs. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. Users should protect their own accounts and report suspected unauthorized activity promptly.
10. International use and children
Information may be processed where service providers operate, with safeguards required by applicable law. Autoclip Scheduler is not directed to children under 13 or any higher minimum age required in their jurisdiction, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
11. Changes and contact
We may update this policy as the product, connected services, or legal requirements change. The effective date will be revised and material changes will be communicated where appropriate. Contact radeonaru@gmail.com with privacy questions or requests.
