1. Service Description

Autoclip Scheduler is an automation tool that posts video clips to TikTok and YouTube on a set schedule. This tool operates on behalf of the account owner using official platform APIs (TikTok Content Posting API, YouTube Data API v3).

2. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use this tool to:

• Post copyrighted content without proper authorization
• Distribute spam, malware, or illegal material
• Violate TikTok or YouTube Terms of Service

The account owner is fully responsible for all content posted through this tool.

3. Data Handling

We only store OAuth access tokens necessary for automated posting. No personal data beyond what the platforms provide through their OAuth flows is collected or stored.

4. Service Availability

This is a self-hosted tool running on personal infrastructure. No uptime guarantees are provided. The service may be interrupted for maintenance at any time.

5. Limitation of Liability

This tool is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any content posted through it, platform actions taken against your account, or any damages resulting from its use.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
